During that time we have expanded our growth into several regions covering the better part of North Carolina. We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to fulfill our Intensive In-Home Team Lead position. If you have previous experience as a Licensed Therapist and have any of the following certifications: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA, we encourage you to apply

Daily Responsibilities of the Intensive In-Home Team Lead:

  • Conducts ongoing evaluation, assessment, counseling, and treatment to children/families in need of services.
  • Work closely with the person-served physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies.
  • The Licensed In-Home Therapist applies principles of Evidence Based Practice to all services provided and ensures team members maintain fidelity to the treatment model.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with the Intensive In Home team to provide supervision, monitor implementation of the Person Centered Plan, manage productivity, and monitor the overall performance of the team.
  • The Licensed Therapist will also lead the team and ensure that the team is made of employees who meet the requirements as set forth in the service definition.
  • Monitors the team to family ratio to ensure compliance with Medicaid service definition requirements.
  • The Licensed TherapistTeam Lead will review documentation of team members and ensure all notes are submitted within a timely manner, meet Medicaid requirements, and address the goals as written in the Person Centered Plan. Ensures notes are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
  • The Licensed In-Home Therapist will provide assistance with rehabilitation, crisis management, as well as individual therapy and individual counseling.

Qualifications of the Intensive In-Home Team Lead:

  • LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA
  • Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina
