A Taste of What You'll Do

GALLO is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist – On Premise & Casino to build lasting relationships and grow our presence with independent restaurants, casinos, and national on-premise accounts. You'll prospect and nurture accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and use advanced direct-selling techniques to maximize distribution of our brands. Your day-to-day will include strategic selling, executing wine dinners and staff trainings, supporting charitable events to increase brand exposure, and collaborating with retail partners to ensure in-market availability.

You'll be a trusted consultant for clients, developing proposals and presentations that solve business needs while meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong time management, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to manage expenses and meet attendance expectations. You'll execute corporate programs for chain and casino accounts and ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of direct sales or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of direct sales or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to obtain a liquor license as required by state/locality.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
