Salary Range: $25, $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in marketing or sales preferred, but not required

Proficient in social media, and technology efficiency implementation preferred.

License preferred, willing to train, Licensing assistance available

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to develop engaging presentations and marketing materials.

Customer Relation: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of the insurance market and customer needs in a non-remote setting.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with an ability to work seamlessly within a team.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and marketing software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer relevant solutions.

Your day would encompass 1/3 Marketing, 1/3 Sales, and 1/3 technology incorporation

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to promote insurance products effectively in the local market.

Brand Promotion: Promote the agency's brand by participating in community events and networking opportunities in Hayward, Wisconsin.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including centers of influence, referrals, and social media outreach.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports of marketing activities, leads, and conversion rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
