***Encompass Medical Group is offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus to ALL new hires after completion of their probationary period AND a $500.00 bonus after one full year of service***
Position Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for all aspects of meeting/greeting patients, appointment scheduling via phone and in person, cash collection and deposit. Maintains good public relations.
Position Accountabilities:
Receives all incoming calls for the department and refers them after collecting all required patient data when appropriate to the appropriate personnelMakes appointments over the phone and in personMaintains patient confidentialityCash collection and depositOther clerical duties as assigned by the supervisorPerforms other duties as assigned or requestedJob Specifications:
Minimum Education
High School Graduate or equivalent; medical terminologyMinimum Experience
Prior office/clerical experienceBasic computer skillsSkills – Administrative
