Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States Aviation ABA Therapy LLC Full time
BCBA (QSP Preferred) – Director of In-Home ABA Services (Statewide MN)

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area (Statewide oversight across Minnesota)

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000+ (leadership role with strong growth potential)

Schedule: Full-Time

Lead. Build. Make an Impact.

Aviation ABA is hiring a BCBA (QSP preferred) to step into a Director-level leadership role overseeing in-home ABA services across the state of Minnesota.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll guide clinical quality, support and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and help scale a quality-driven, boutique ABA model—while maintaining a manageable caseload to stay clinically connected.

If you're a BCBA ready to lead, build systems, and influence real growth, this role was designed for you.

Why This Role Stands Out

Clear Path To Leadership

Statewide oversight

Quality-first ABA model (we don't chase volume)

Collaborative, supportive culture (not corporate ABA)

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee all in-home ABA services across Minnesota
  • Lead, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and in-home teams
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth, systems, and performance
  • Ensure clinical quality, consistency, and compliance statewide
  • Build and refine processes that improve communication and efficiency

Clinical Oversight

  • Conduct FBAs, reassessments, and parent interviews
  • Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision, feedback, and coaching to staff
  • Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure clinical excellence
  • Deliver parent training using evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS / 245D and ethical standards
What We're Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification
  • QSP (Qualified Supervising Professional) – highly preferred
  • Minnesota license (or license-eligible)
  • 2+ years BCBA experience (in-home and/or clinic)
  • Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership
  • Reliable transportation for in-home travel as needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • $85,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience, with growth potential)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Professional development support
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Referral bonuses
  • Relocation assistance (if applicable)
Who Thrives Here

BCBAs who:

  • Want more influence than a standard BCBA role
  • Care deeply about quality, culture, and ethical ABA
  • Are ready to lead people—not just cases
  • Want a long-term leadership home, not a stepping-stone job
