Position Overview
You must reside in the Middle East to be considered for this role.
The Regional Educational Partnerships Manager - MENA is a high-energy, business development role designed for proactive, outgoing individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a lasting impact in schools across the region.
This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience with The Creative Curriculum and GOLD who want to help other schools improve their programs through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
This is a hybrid role that requires strong business development skills while maintaining a focus on the pedagogical side of early childhood education.
Our curriculum, assessment, and professional learning tools are uniquely positioned to help schools transition to evidence-based, play-driven learning models, and we are committed to strengthening our footprint in MENA through more profound engagement, tailored offerings, and collaborative partnerships.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with international and private schools, school groups, and Ministries of Education.
- Proactively visit schools, schedule meetings, and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct impactful presentations and curriculum demonstrations for school owners, curriculum directors, and education leaders, clearly articulating the value of play-based learning and observation-based assessment.
- Network and build a community of early childhood influencers, offering collaborative discussions, school visits, and consultative engagements.
- Lead a consultative sales process, aligning schools' needs with Teaching Strategies' solutions and driving business growth.
- Develop strategies to expand Teaching Strategies' presence in the MENA region through innovative outreach and engagement.
School Engagement & Change Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to schools, guiding them through curriculum transformation and helping them transition to play-based, research-backed instructional models.
- Ensure schools maximize their use of The Creative Curriculum and GOLD, providing virtual support, Q&A sessions, and ongoing follow-ups.
- Regularly visit schools to assess their needs, offer demonstrations, and ensure successful adoption of Teaching Strategies' solutions.
- Coach educators on best practices for small-group instruction, large-group time, and choice time.
Professional Development & Educator Support
- Lead professional development workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to ensure teachers and administrators are confident in using the curriculum.
- Host webinars and hands-on sessions for schools transitioning from traditional methods to inquiry-based, project-driven learning.
- Offer tailored implementation support, helping educators create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
Advocacy & Market Positioning
- Represent Teaching Strategies at educational conferences, industry summits, and ECE networking events in the region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, school associations, and private education groups.
- Stay informed about education policies and trends in MENA, providing insights on how to best position Teaching Strategies' offerings.
Qualifications
- You must reside in the Middle East to be considered for this role.
- Direct classroom experience with The Creative Curriculum and/or GOLD.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Background as a teacher, curriculum director, school administrator, or early childhood consultant is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
- Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated personality-excited to visit schools, network, and build relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills-capable of inspiring educators and decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially, identifying creative ways to expand Teaching Strategies' presence.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role, with a combination of sales responsibilities and pedagogical support.
