Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure that supports continuous delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Platforms:

Manage and optimize AWS compute, storage, and networking services to ensure high performance and availability.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Configuration Management:
  • Use Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources.
  • Implement automation using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • CI/CD Pipelines:
  • Design and maintain continuous integration and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Containerization and Orchestration:
  • Use Docker for application packaging and environment consistency.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
  • Programming and Scripting:
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go to streamline DevOps operations.
  • Version Control:
  • Utilize Git, along with GitHub or GitLab, for source code management, branching, and version control best practices.
  • Linux & Networking:
  • Administer Linux-based systems and apply strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
  • Monitoring & Logging (Observability):
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or the ELK Stack to ensure visibility into system performance and reliability.
  • Security (DevSecOps):
  • Integrate security practices into DevOps workflows, including vulnerability assessments, secure coding, and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AWS architecture and cloud-native services.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and automation tools.
  • Excellent scripting and programming skills.
  • Solid grasp of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15,901.26 per year
