Who We Are
Arsenault is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, which allows businesses that depend on physical operations to harness IoT (Internet of Things) data to develop actionable business insights and improve their operations. Founded in San Francisco in 2015, we now employ more than 1,800 people globally and have over 1.5 million active devices. Arsenault also went public in December 2021 and were just getting started.
We're driving change in industries that are yet to fully embrace digital transformation. Physical operations make up a massive slice of the global economy but havent benefited from innovation and actionable information in the way that other sectors have. The potential for scale and impact is huge.

- Perform a variety of exploratory analyses that help us understand the health of our products and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Meeting with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data structures and business priorities
- Creating dashboards and other summary visualizations to support decision-making from operational and leadership teams
- Champion, role model, and embed Arsenaults cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
An ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or related role
- BA / MS or equivalent coursework in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
- Experience with data manipulation and processing, preferably in SQL or Python (e.g., using PySpark or Pandas)
- Experience building statistical and other analytical models, preferably in Python (e.g., using scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization, preferably in Tableau
