Duties

  • Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
  • Conduct skin analyses to recommend personalized skincare regimens and product recommendations.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to enhance their experience and promote brand loyalty.
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, and managing client records.
  • Engage actively with social media management efforts to promote services, special offers, and client success stories.
  • Upsell additional treatments like dermal fillers or laser therapies to maximize client benefits while supporting business growth.
  • Support retail sales initiatives by demonstrating products and educating clients on their benefits.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends such as hair extensions, tattooing techniques, straight razor shaving, nail care innovations, and med spa procedures.
  • Foster a welcoming environment through excellent guest services that prioritize comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine skills in management

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
  • Proven experience with a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and hair styling techniques.
  • Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about products and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of sanitation protocols aligned with health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment.
  • Ability to perform advanced treatments like med spa procedures including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers confidently and professionally.
  • Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable.
  • Skills in retail sales techniques along with product demos to enhance client engagement and revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with hair threading, straight razor shaving, nail care services, makeup application, hair extensions, tattooing techniques (if applicable), and esthetic laser treatments is preferred.
  • A positive attitude combined with strong hospitality skills that create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
