Primary Responsibilities:

Obtain and maintain technical certifications for networking, major OS, basic scripting, MFD/Printer Hardware and Software from Ricoh, Toshiba, HP, PaperCut, and Pharos (vendor partners may change) Installation and configuration of MFD/Printer equipment, card readers, scanners, software solutions OS maintenance (server and workstation updates and patching, driver installation, basic scripting) Customer Training for MFD/Printer Equipment, software solutions Customer support for connectivity of MFP/Printer Equipment, software solutions Work with the Duty Managers (Dispatcher), Project/Implementation Managers and Team Leader to maintain personal schedule Update ticketing system accurately and consistently with time spent and comments, resolutions, and escalations for assigned incident and project tickets.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, preferably in IT (Computing/Networking) required or minimum 2-3 years of IT or industry experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Customer support, NOC, or help desk experience a plus
  • Driver's license and car a plus
  • Obtain annual flu vaccination (required by major account healthcare customers)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50K - $52K

Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In office with occasional customer site visits (West Caldwell, NJ OR Brooklyn, NY)
