The
Intake/Legal Assistant
position includes accepting and acknowledging new referrals from various insurance company clients and logging onto the client portals to obtain referrals and updating pertinent data into the system. The
Intake/Legal Assistant
will be required to work quickly and efficiently with a high volume of cases while paying attention to detail. The
Intake/Legal Assistant
will possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably has at least one to three years of experience with insurance claim files. Law firm experience is a plus. Other duties to be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of legal concepts and processes, with experience in legal document preparation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks to support day-to-day legal operations
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant, with organizational and multitasking expertise
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management systems, and standard office software
  • Ability to work in an on-site office environment in Cleveland, OH

Starting salary will be $20 - $24/hour depending on experience.
