Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and callers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, service questions, and account information through phone or in-person interactions
  • Promote products and services confidently to meet sales targets while ensuring customer needs are prioritized
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships
  • Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, transactions, and interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
  • Support client services by resolving issues promptly, providing clear information, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience

  • No prior sales or customer service experience required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages to serve diverse communities
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in call centers or outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer support scenarios
