Duties Include:
- Ensures compliance with all Food and Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Prepare coffee bar area for service in accordance with Viceroy Snowmass standards
- Ensure coffee mise-en-place is completed before service
- Ensure a minimum loss through breakage, waste and theft
- Maintain adequate coffee beverage stocks in order to requisition more. Requisitions supplies at the specified times. Check the receipt of orders to confirm they are correct
- Controls orders to par stock levels as set down by the Food and Beverage Manager
- Ensures the storage of coffee and other supplies is correct
- Adheres strictly to the provisions and regulations regarding underage drinking and the policies of Viceroy Snowmass and the laws of Colorado
- Assists the Food and Beverage manager in regular stock taking
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be prepared to answer any guest questions about the menu in a direct, concise way.
- Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours of operation or where to direct guests to find this information.
- Ensures compliance of company sanitation standards.
- Follows goals and objectives for all areas of responsibility and communicates effectively same to all colleagues.
- Strive for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility.
- Maintain a working relationship with all departments in the hotel
- Be aware of VIP's coming to the resort and those that are already in-house
- Each colleague is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

Employment Type: Full Time Seasonal
Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required
Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour + tips

Minimum Requirements
- Previous Barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays/plates.
