We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping/ construction projects: Drainage, retaining walls, irrigation, plants, sod, patios, hardscape, concrete, carpentry.

Duties

  • Installation of Landscape/ hardscape/ irrigation, to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators for various landscaping projects.
  • Assist with planting, tree care, irrigation setup, and gardening activities to promote plant health and landscape aesthetics.
  • Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties.
  • Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements.
  • Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation.
  • Support team members in landscape installation projects involving landscaping design, horticulture practices, and general construction work.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating machinery like excavators or power tools to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

  • Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with landscape-related skills including tree trimming, irrigation systems, snow plowing, hardscape installation, and horticulture practices.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment as needed.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Valid (or equivalent) driver's license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs. Join our team to help create beautiful outdoor environments while gaining valuable experience in landscaping and construction
