We are seeking reliable and motivated Any Shifts to join our team at Franklin McDonald's. The ideal candidates will have experience in the food service industry and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Openers and Closers play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations — from preparing the restaurant for a successful day to closing it down efficiently at night. Strong customer service, time management, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's quality, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Operate POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or McDonald's proprietary systems) for order processing and cash handling.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and support sales goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen, dining, and service areas.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Accurately handle cash and balance registers in accordance with McDonald's policies.
  • Assist with restocking, cleaning, and preparing the store for the next shift (for Closers) or for opening (for Openers).
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy hours.
