As a Crew Member at Dunkin', you'll be part of a team that works together to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with Dunkin' operational standards.

Dunkin Donuts Position Summary

  • Greet all guests promptly and courteously with a friendly attitude.

  • Accurately take and fulfill guest orders, including preparing and serving food and beverages according to brand standards.

  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity and accuracy.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment.

  • Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, and equipment.

  • Replenish food and beverage items and maintain stock levels as needed.

  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed store performance goals.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to uniform, attendance, and safety.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18+ if required by local labor laws).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Basic math and cash handling skills.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Availability to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Crew Members are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
