In this opportunity, you will learn to work with private and institutional investors, identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, analyze property performance, and guide transactions from initial outreach through closing. This environment is well-suited for professionals with backgrounds in sales, finance, or real estate who want hands-on exposure and a structured pathway to build expertise in commercial investment sales.
You will be supported through direct collaboration with experienced producers, advanced technology, and organized mentorship. With access to robust research tools, detailed market data, and a defined onboarding framework, you will gain practical transaction experience while building confidence and consistency in a specialized commercial niche.

Responsibilities:
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
