Atlantic Health is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Web Content Specialist to write and optimize content across This role is central to delivering a seamless, accessible, and engaging web experience for patients, providers, and the broader community.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Service Lines, Public Relations, and IT—to ensure content is accurate, user-focused, and aligned with our brand and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

· Create, edit, and maintain high-quality, user-centered content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Ensure timely updates for critical content such as alerts, homepage features, and service line pages.

· Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and formatting across all web content.

Collaboration & Governance

· Partner with internal stakeholders to support content needs and ensure alignment with digital standards.

· Train and support decentralized content owners on CMS best practices and governance.

· Advocate for accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

· Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, redundant, or underperforming content.

· Perform QA testing for new pages and features, ensuring functionality, design fidelity, and responsiveness.

· Apply WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and ensure compliance with legal and institutional guidelines.

Analytics & Strategy


• Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other SEO tools to monitor content performance and user behavior.


• Recommend improvements based on data insights, user feedback, and evolving business goals.


• Contribute to content strategy initiatives, including personalization, consistency, localization, and content lifecycle planning.
