The Barista at Cocoanut Café is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering warm, attentive service to all guests. This role supports the Food & Beverage Team by ensuring consistency in product presentation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, and upholding service standards. The Barista is also expected to be knowledgeable about menu offerings, assist with inventory management, and contribute to creating a welcoming café experience that reflects the property's commitment to excellence.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and other specialty beverages, along with a curated selection of pastries and grab-and-go items, in a fast-paced take-out setting.
• Provide warm, genuine, and efficient service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the outlet, storage, and service areas at all times.
• Manage daily inventory, monitor product levels, and communicate promptly with management regarding reorders or shortages.
• Comply with all Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures.

Desired Education and Experience

• High school education or equivalent experience
  ⁠
• At least 6 months' experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Café, coffee shop, or hotel/resort experience preferred.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in outside conditions year-round
