The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment within an agency. This role serves as a stepping stone for career advancement, as the right candidate will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities and progress further into running a full-cycle recruitment desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing, utilizing various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop creative and effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on potential candidates
  • Proven recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, driven by a strong passion for matching top talent with business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Candidates must be located in Houston, Texas.
