Summary:

Perform various Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate will have strong written, oral, communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offering counseling services to employees.
  • Participating in termination processes.
  • Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Collecting and analyzing employeedata.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Employee orientation and training follow-up.
  • Liaising between employees and management.
  • Managing employee complaints.
  • Performs all other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the Huntsville office.

Education and Experience:
Associate degree or 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Employee Relations.

Computer Skills:
Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Windows, HRIS systems, MS Office programs, and applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
