Are you looking for a fulfilling role within the veterinary field? Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full or part-time pet care attendant to care for our animals and support our medical team . Our pet care attendants play an integral role in bringing comfort to our patients.

Our team is fun-loving and committed to delivering the highest quality care to our clients and patients. We are looking for someone who loves animals and enjoys being part of a team.

We'll love your passion, eagerness to grow and learn, and ability to work well with a team . In addition, there are also some other qualities that are important to us .

These Qualities Include

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patient and caring personality
  • Ability to follow instructions properly
  • Comfortable being around animals (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, etc.)

Responsibilities For This Position Include

  • Clean cages/runs and keep kennel area organized and free of safety hazards
  • Clean examination tables and exam rooms between exams
  • Administer oral medications prescribed by Veterinarians
  • Observe animal behavior/health conditions and report changes to the technicians or doctors
  • Keep accurate records and logs
