Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, technical roofing sales expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze roofing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market position.
  • Travel in the Central Texas region to conduct meetings with clients and build relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing client accounts and tracking sales activities.
  • Experience in technical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • 2+ years in the roofing or construction industry
