How will you make an impact?

We're looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry & Migration Specialist to support our team with a high-volume data migration project. This role is critical in ensuring data is accurately entered, reviewed, and transferred into our internal and external systems. This is a temporary assignment focused on precision, organization, and efficiency.

 What will you do?

  • Perform data entry and data migration for multiple clients.
  • Accurately process and verify documents across various internal and external systems.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to data cleanup and record maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and organized handling of all data entry tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Salary range of $ $24.00 hourly 
    (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

Education and Experience

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year degree preferred.
  • Requires 1-2 year of customer service experience.
  • A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with data management systems and Excel.
  • Prior data entry or data migration experience preferred.
