Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, blowouts, styling, and special occasion looks, to meet client preferences and needs.
• Apply color treatments utilizing strong knowledge of color theory to achieve vibrant results aligned with client expectations.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items through effective upselling techniques to boost store sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening actively, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident in their look.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques.
• Experience in applying hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
