We're seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative (Bilingual preferred) to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $25,000 to $40,000 per year, with opportunities for commission. As an integral part of our agency, you'll provide exceptional service to our diverse client base and contribute to our growth and success.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred, along with proficiency in English to be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding clients to have good expectations and know how to use our services.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
