787 Coffee isn't your typical coffee shop. We're a fast-growing, award-winning company serving specialty coffee directly from our farm in Puerto Rico. From bean to cup, we own the process—and we're proud to share that story with every guest.

What You'll Do

  • Craft excellent coffee and create memorable guest experiences
  • Learn our specialty coffee story, from farm to cup
  • Keep the café environment clean, energetic, and welcoming
  • Take orders, process payments, and provide consistent service
  • Manage inventory and maintain high quality standards
  • Follow health & safety guidelines
  • Share our culture and values with every customer
