Senior Art Director, Digital

LA is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Digital Art Director to lead the conceptual and visual development of digital campaign materials for our entertainment clients. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative with strong design sensibilities and a deep understanding of how motion, storytelling, and platform behavior intersect to elevate key art and engage audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in both concepting and hands-on design, guiding digital executions from initial idea through final delivery.

What You'll DoLead the concepting and design of digital campaign assets across social, display, and emerging platforms, leveraging key art, unit photography, clips, custom content, and alternative creative.Oversee the translation of static visuals into dynamic, motion-enhanced executions that bring campaign stories to life across platforms.Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to define the visual approach, guide art direction, and ensure cohesion across all digital deliverables.Mentor designers and provide constructive creative feedback to maintain LA's high standards of craft and innovation.Collaborate with motion designers and editors to integrate movement, pacing, and interactivity into digital storytelling.Develop polished decks and concept presentations in Keynote (preferred, not required).Contribute to brainstorms and creative development sessions with original, platform-forward ideas.Uphold LA's standards of excellence through precise QC, delivery, and creative consistency.Other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring7+ years of experience creating digital campaign work in entertainment marketing, advertising, or a related creative agency environment.A strong portfolio displaying innovative digital and motion-based storytelling.Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite, with solid working knowledge of motion graphics and animation workflows.Strong understanding of digital design systems, interactivity, and how to extend key art into engaging platform-specific experiences.Up to date on current entertainment marketing, streaming, and digital creative trends.Excellent conceptual skills and ability to lead visual development across multiple campaigns.Experience collaborating with motion designers and editors to enhance creative through movement and pacing.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Highly collaborative and productive member of a close-knit team.Commitment to maintaining the strictest security and confidentiality standards.The Perks:The compensation range for this position in the selected city is $100,000-$110,000 annually. Multi-tasking:
The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
