​We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Lead / Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will lead QA teams, define automation best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery through efficient testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end automation strategy, framework design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define QA processes, tools, and automation standards.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement automation tools and technologies.
  • Guide and mentor QA engineers on automation best practices.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Create detailed test documentation including plans, scripts, and reports.
  • Continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage through innovation.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Appium, Postman
  • Languages: Java / Python / JavaScript / C# (any core programming language)
  • Frameworks: BDD (Cucumber, Behave), POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid
  • API Testing: REST Assured, Postman, Swagger
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI
  • Cloud/Containerization: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
  • Performance Testing (Optional): JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
  • Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
  • Test Management: JIRA, Zephyr, qTest

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in QA, with 3+ years leading automation efforts.
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • ISTQB / Certified Selenium Tester / Certified Agile Tester certification.
  • Experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, or similar).
  • Exposure to microservices and API-first testing strategies.
