On offer is the opportunity for a junior or graduate-level candidate who wants to build a strong foundation in CNC machining, AutoCAD, and manufacturing engineering with clear opportunities to develop into a lead programmer or manufacturing engineer in the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close dynamic team as a CNC Programmer working closely with experienced machinists, engineers, and production leaders while gaining valuable, practical experience on the shop floor.

THE ROLE:


• Assist in creating and modifying CNC programs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to support production requirements.


• Set up and adjust CNC machinery for precision manufacturing of hydraulic components.


• Collaborate with and support engineers and machinists to interpret technical drawings, troubleshoot issues, and improve machining efficiency.


• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement by monitoring machine performance and maintaining documentation.

THE PERSON:


• Hands-on and mechanically inclined, with exposure to CNC programming, machining and AutoCAD (academic or work experience).


• Technical qualification or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.


• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative shopfloor team.
