About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Specialist (Prompt Engineering Expert) to lead the design, development, and optimization of AI platforms, including , , and other emerging conversational and generative AI tools.

This role is ideal for a hands-on AI Product Manager or Prompt Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, and user experience. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring our AI solutions are innovative, scalable, and ROI-driven.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven tools: concept, launch, optimization
  • Design, refine, and manage prompt libraries to maximize LLM performance, accuracy, and tone
  • Collaborate across engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership to embed AI into workflows
  • Configure, test, and optimize AI SaaS platforms like and
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI models and workflows
  • Lead A/B testing, prompt evaluations, and QA processes to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and drive continuous AI product improvements
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, LLM updates, and automation opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in Product Management with hands-on Prompt Engineering experience
  • Advanced knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI
  • Expertise in prompt optimization techniques (few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, RAG, structured patterns)
  • Familiarity with AI model selection based on task type and business goals
  • Strong skills in experiment design, evaluation, and output testing
  • Experience integrating AI into customer support, sales enablement, or operations
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven analytics
  • Comfort with Python or JavaScript for testing and automation scripts
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
