Service Delivery Coordinator II

Key Responsibilities- Review Auditor capacity and skill set with actual SQA demand to align as much as possible
- Maintain auditor engagement and retention metrics
- Onboard new auditors via standard training, onboarding call, and SQA process review.
- Ensure all SQA auditors have an updated resume before conducting an audit, and at least annually
- Use scorecard for auditor performance to accurately assign and update StepQ flag
- Remediate auditor performance and behavior issues
- Review and approve auditor timesheets
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work on various projects
- Able to have crucial conversations with employees
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 + years of experience in an HR role
- 1 + year of experience in a manufacturing or consulting company
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
