As a Direct Marketing Associate, you'll help bring Frontier's internet, TV, and phone services to local communities through structured outreach. The Direct Marketing Associate is the go-to connection between our marketing firm and residential customers sharing service options, answering questions, and building trust. This entry-level role offers a clear path to grow in sales or leadership, with your success driven by dedication and consistency.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Direct Marketing Associate

  • Represent Frontier as a trusted brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
  • Support new customer enrollments, ensuring account details are processed accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For in a Direct Marketing Associate?
