Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep, Dough Maker, Dishwasher, and Pizza Smith to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of the dough-making process. This role is essential in ensuring that our baked goods meet the highest quality standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare dough, sauces, and fresh ingredients daily.
  • Monitor the dough-making process to ensure consistency and quality in texture and flavor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
  • Help train new staff on dough preparation techniques and food handling practices.
  • Assemble and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer customizations.
  • Assist with inventory and kitchen prep as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on culinary skills related to food preparation.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are important for collaboration within the kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed*.
