We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused SaaS Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our software, and providing excellent communication and support throughout the onboarding journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full implementation of our SaaS solutions.

  • Provide personalized training and support to customers, addressing their unique needs and requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to ensure they are fully informed and comfortable with our software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development, to address any customer concerns or technical issues.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources to assist customers in their journey.

  • Monitor customer progress and proactively reach out to offer assistance and ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues with patience and efficiency.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.

  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

It is ideal, but not required to have proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
