- Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.
- Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts.
- Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the production of high-precision, safety-critical components used across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and energy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
- Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations. Equal Pay Act Range: $18.00-$20.00
