Daily Tasks

  • Maintain and upload daily job notes and pictures.
  • Keep job calendar updated.
  • Track our job pipeline, including open jobs, their current status, and next steps.
  • Not afraid to work when needed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, set milestones, and track progress to ensure timely completion through our google doc and spreadsheet.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, up sells, monitor costs, and prevent overruns if possible
  • Client-to-Sub Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other subcontractors. Provide regular progress reports and address issues promptly.
  • Team & Resource Management: Hire and oversee subcontractors, allocate labor, materials, and equipment, and support overall team productivity.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required standards and complies with project specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, and uphold strict safety protocols on-site.
  • Logistics & Procurement: Manage ordering, delivery, and organization of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for all projects.

Oversight Duties

  • Ensure each job site is fully prepped before any work is done.
  • Oversee contracts and collections.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and provide timely updates.
  • Source subcontractors and laborer's.
  • Maintain and create every day job notes / to do lists.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
