Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience while supporting the overall success of our sales team.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and services effectively.
  • Train and mentor new sales associates to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings to answer customer inquiries confidently.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
