Company Overview

Research & Planning Consultants, LP has an immediate full-time opening for an Data Entry Assistant. This person will support our economic and financial consultants in preparing expert reports for use in personal injury and commercial litigation.

Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at Research & Planning Consultants, LP, you will be responsible for data entry and administrative tasks. The job is full-time with variable hours. Because of internal and project deadlines overtime will be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data related to medical bills for personal injury cases
  • Entry of future medical costs for personal injury cases
  • Entry of data into project management software
  • Pricing surveys
  • Assist with CON preparation
  • Assist with the production of back up materials prior to deposition or trial
  • Assist with marketing mailers

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Intermediate Excel user
  • Typing speed at least 45 wpm with accuracy and equivalent data entry speed and accuracy
  • File organization
  • Ability to take responsibility for a task, ask questions and seek help as necessary
  • attention to detail
