What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales by building relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
  • Conduct in-home consultations and design customized organization solutions
  • Leverage your design eye and sales acumen to exceed monthly goals
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first consult to final installation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2C or in-home/outside sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills - you know how to listen and close
