Join a dynamic Asset Management Operations team where you'll play a key role in supporting trade activity, ensuring accuracy, and mitigating risk. You'll collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, brokers, and internal operations partners to maintain smooth, efficient processes that support investment strategies and safeguard organizational assets.

What You'll Do:

  • Process and confirm trades across investment products
  • Resolve trade discrepancies with internal teams and external brokers
  • Monitor daily reconciliations and support operational risk management
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Provide reporting to support management oversight

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience or understanding of asset management operations, trade support, or middle office functions preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
