Duties

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop accurate construction estimates and budgets, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to optimize resources
  • Oversee construction site activities, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to foster collaboration and resolve issues swiftly
  • Implement rigorous quality control procedures and conduct thorough quality inspections throughout each phase of construction
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards across projects
  • Provide strategic leadership on electrical systems and other technical aspects related to construction projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects from inception to completion
  • Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project budgeting processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality control, inspection procedures, and construction site safety protocols
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems or electrical work within the context of construction projects is highly desirable
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively under tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 per year
