About the Role

The Front Desk + Membership Sales Associate is the face of FS8 — the first smile members see when they walk in and the last person they high-five on the way out. You'll handle front-of-house operations, deliver exceptional service, and most importantly, drive membership growth through confident, genuine sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest and member with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Conduct engaging tours and confidently convert trials into memberships
  • Manage class check-ins, cancellations, and Mindbody scheduling
  • Communicate promotions, pricing, and studio events effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat studio environment
  • Support instructors and management with opening/closing duties
  • Represent the FS8 brand at community and pop-up events

  • Naturally outgoing, positive, and motivated by connection
  • A confident communicator with proven sales or customer-facing experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and closing memberships with warmth and authenticity
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you take pride in doing things right
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and community

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or fitness front desk
  • Working knowledge of Mindbody or similar systems (preferred but not required)
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Must love movement, people, and high-energy environments

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
