Now Hiring: Janitorial Supervisor

We're seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor to uphold service standards and lead our cleaning teams across multiple job sites. This hands-on role requires evening availability and reliable transportation, as you'll travel between locations nightly. Mileage and drive time are fully reimbursed, company vehicle will be provided for weekends.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday
  • Start Time: 6:00 PM Wednesday - Friday. Weekends start time will vary
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly
  • Work Locations: Various sites throughout the Greater Sacramento area
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record is required

Requirements

  • Evening availability (after 6:00 PM)
  • Proven experience leading teams of 10–20 employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
  • Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and cover shifts as needed
  • Comfortable traveling to multiple job sites each shift
  • Prior experience in supervision, leadership, or janitorial work preferred
  • Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain quality control at all assigned locations
  • Train staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • Provide hands-on support and shift coverage as needed
  • Deliver supplies to team members in the field
  • Create schedules and monitor attendance
  • Problem solve, lead guide and direct your team
