Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research focused on improving digital healthcare experiences. This role will partner closely with product, design, and development teams to uncover insights that drive better user experiences and inform strategic design decisions.

You Will:

  • Lead end-to-end user research initiatives, from stakeholder alignment and study design through data collection, synthesis, and presentation of actionable findings.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research with patient and provider populations to understand behaviors, motivations, and experiences.
  • Design and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and participatory design sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate research insights into design and product strategy.
  • Develop research plans, participant recruitment criteria, and study materials tailored to project goals.
  • Synthesize multiple data sources to identify themes, opportunities, and user needs.
  • Present research findings in clear, compelling ways that drive action and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and ensure that user insights guide experience improvements.
  • Explore and introduce innovative research methods, tools, and processes to elevate the organization's research maturity.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or human-centered design, with a focus on digital products or services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in discovery research, including conducting in-depth interviews, usability testing, and co-creation workshops.
  • Strong ability to design and manage research projects independently, from study planning through execution and reporting.
  • Experience with a variety of research methods such as card sorting, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and surveys.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting both remote and in-person research engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.

  • Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP through December 2025 (Two Month Contract)
  • Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
  • Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)

  • Salary/Rate: $60/Hour DOE
