**Title: Workday Payroll Lead / Consultant – US Benefits

Location: Remote**

Overview

We are seeking a Workday US Payroll Lead and supporting Consultant to guide payroll and benefits activities within Phase 2 of a Workday deployment. This engagement focuses on US payroll configuration, benefits inputs that affect payroll, and coordination with integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Workday US Payroll configuration and advisory support
  • Partner with internal teams to interpret US payroll + benefits requirements
  • Review payroll designs and ensure they support accurate calculations and compliance
  • Support payroll testing cycles, retro scenarios, off-cycle processing, and validations
  • Partner with integration resources on payroll-impacting interfaces
  • Assist with data preparation and data validation activities

Qualifications

  • Workday US Payroll configuration experience required (Lead 5+ years)
  • Familiarity with payroll + benefits tie-ins (ACA, tax, withholdings, etc.)
  • Strong experience partnering with functional and technical teams
  • US Payroll Certification required
