We're now looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and help take our food program to the next level.

About the Role

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations — from managing staff and maintaining quality standards to developing new menu items that pair beautifully with our craft beers. This is a hands-on position that requires leadership, creativity, and a strong focus on food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and performance.
  • Manage food and supply ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Lead food prep and work the line across multiple food stations as needed.
  • Create and test innovative menu items aligned with our brewery's concept.
  • Ensure all kitchen and food prep areas are cleaned, sanitized, and organized daily.
  • Enforce compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred).
  • Monitor portion control, food costs, and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal menu updates and specials.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role (brewery or casual dining experience a plus).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Passion for food innovation and craft beer pairings.
