Are you a visionary finance leader ready to help scale a dynamic, multi-entity organization? Viocity Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.

As CFO, you won't just "run the numbers", you'll help define the future of Viocity Group. You'll be the strategic partner to the executive team, guiding high-impact financial decisions that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, leading all aspects of financial strategy, forecasting, and performance.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, capital allocation, and debt management to ensure the organization maintains a strong financial position.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, acquisition evaluation, investments and new business ventures.
  • Lead and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and implement robust internal controls.
  • Be the financial voice of the company, providing clarity, insight, and direction to help shape critical business decisions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or a multi-company environment.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, budgeting, and operational analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, navigate change, and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, you can turn complex financial data into compelling, actionable insights.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.
  • Strong command of financial software and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative, strategic solutions.
