Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various PCBs, requiring a strong understanding of electronic circuitry, hands-on experience with component rework, and the ability to uphold high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and test defective electronic components.
  • Identify and repair faulty PCBs to restore functionality.
  • Conduct functional tests to confirm proper operation and compliance with quality standards after repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) audits on products prior to shipping.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry standards (e.g., IPC) for rework and repair processes.
  • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols to protect sensitive components.
  • Assist with additional tasks, projects, and provide operational support, including helping production teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a repair technician, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, scopes and power supplies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members

Job Type: Full-time
