Appellate Associate – Litigation (2–4 Years)

What You'll Do:

  • Handle appellate matters across state and federal courts, including Supreme Court work.

  • Draft briefs, motions, and other appellate filings.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and develop persuasive arguments.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of post-clerkship litigation experience.

  • One or more appellate/Supreme Court clerkships preferred.

  • Experience with intellectual property, particularly patent litigation, a plus.

  • Outstanding academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly.
